Terms & Conditions of Service — kay4d

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "kay4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the kay4d platform and all services offered through kay4d.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at kay4d.cam, including all pages, sub-pages, and mobile-optimised interfaces, together with any associated software, APIs, or content delivery systems.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the Platform, through which the User may deposit funds, place bets, participate in games, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including both real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account by kay4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier applied to a bonus amount that determines the total betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by kay4d before a User may request a withdrawal or access certain platform features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is not permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, sakong card games, and live Dragon Tiger.

To register and maintain an Account on the kay4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. kay4d strictly prohibits the use of its Services by minors. Users who misrepresent their age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at kay4d's sole discretion.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or are under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kay4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by a decision of kay4d.
• You must not be registered on any national or third-party self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

kay4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kay4d may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Account security is your sole responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify kay4d immediately at the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.

kay4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify kay4d of a security breach and we confirm receipt of that notification.

All Account transactions on the kay4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Indonesian payment methods.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. kay4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion. Current availability is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method and displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by kay4d's payment processors. Bank transfer confirmation typically occurs within one (1) to five (5) minutes; e-wallet transactions are generally instant.
• kay4d does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are solely your responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered to your verified Account identity may be rejected and returned, less any applicable third-party fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP or passport) and, where required, a selfie with the document.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or public holidays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method and displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.
• kay4d reserves the right to perform additional due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns.

Funds deposited to your kay4d Account are held for the purpose of placing bets and participating in games on the Platform. They do not earn interest. kay4d maintains segregated player fund accounts to ensure member balances are protected.

kay4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events in the Indonesian calendar such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, each User may claim a given bonus once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward the wagering requirement. Slot contributions vary by title. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that remain unused or have unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money winnings generated from Bonus Funds — after the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 4.
• Abuse and Fraud: kay4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming engagement, or any other conduct that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.

kay4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, existing qualifying Users will be permitted to complete their wagering requirements under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

All bets and game rounds placed on the kay4d Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except in circumstances described in the specific sport or game rules published on the Platform.
• kay4d offers sports betting markets covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, badminton tournaments including the All England and Indonesia Open, MotoGP, and selected e-sports competitions including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the bet is settled on the remaining selections at revised odds.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time at kay4d's discretion, particularly in the event of connectivity issues, data feed interruptions, or events that materially affect the integrity of a market.
• All casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live Dragon Tiger, sakong, and roulette, use independently certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by these systems alone and cannot be influenced by kay4d or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event that prevents a fair or verifiable outcome, kay4d reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the relevant stake to the User's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed within each product interface. kay4d reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kay4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another User's Account or to any Platform system or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any kay4d staff member or other Platform user via any communication channel.

kay4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Users with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting kay4d support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the kay4d Platform — including but not limited to the kay4d brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and compiled information — is the exclusive property of kay4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from kay4d.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use any kay4d trademarks, service marks, or brand identifiers for any commercial purpose or in any manner likely to cause confusion.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by kay4d. Unauthorised use of Platform content or technology may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kay4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, data feed interruptions, or connectivity issues that affect the placement or settlement of bets.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including Indonesian banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

In any event, kay4d's maximum aggregate liability to any User — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kay4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User or a recognised third-party authority.
• Conduct that kay4d reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other Users.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to kay4d's standard verification and processing procedures.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kay4d support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of verification of your identity.

Your use of the kay4d Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In summary, kay4d collects and processes your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other Account transactions.
• Delivering the Services and personalising your Platform experience.
• Sending you transactional communications related to your Account activity.
• Sending you promotional communications, subject to your marketing preferences.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

kay4d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and only under appropriate data processing agreements. kay4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kay4d will notify registered Users via the email address on record or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact kay4d support to arrange the closure of your Account and the return of any eligible real-money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute between you and kay4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kay4d's customer support team. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of initial contact, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings. kay4d operates an internal escalation pathway; details are available from the support team on request.

You and kay4d agree that any formal legal proceedings in respect of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class-action proceedings are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
